Sports Camp
Summer Fun Camps
SportZone is offering Summer Fun Camps this summer for kids who have completed grades K thru 6th for the 2023-24 school year. There will be a series of one week camps beginning in late May and running through the last week of July. These camps will focus on sports and other fun activities. Some examples of activities will include, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, kickball, dodge ball and many others. These activities will be set up to meet the needs of each camper regardless of ability or interest. Campers should wear gym attire and tennis shoes.
Hot Lunch and an afternoon snack are provided. Campers may bring their own lunch if they choose. Summer Fun Camp instructors and directors will come from local colleges, high schools, and SportZone staff.
Full Day: $140/wk
Times: 7:30a-5:30p

TISC Pre-Tryout Camp
This camp is June 6th, 2021, 9-12p. It is for kids ages 8-14 yrs old. Camp will go rain or shine with access to the indoor SportZone facility if there are weather concerns.
Fall Instructional Volleyball Clinic
Participants will receive instruction on basic fundamentals of volleyball (passing, setting, serving, etc.). All instruction and scrimmaging will be overseen by Stuart Johnson and assistants from other clubs. This program will be held on Mondays nights for five weeks. Register early to reserve your spot! Space is limited. This clinic is only held in the fall. Instruction is geared toward beginning players.
This is not league play with teams, it is just instruction.
This clinic will begin Monday Sept. 11 and run through Monday Oct. 9, 2023.
1st-3rd Grades - 6p-7p
4th-6th Grades - 7:15p-8:15p

Winter Break Youth Golf Clinic
SportZone, in conjunction with the Topeka Junior Golf Association, will be offering a Youth Winter Break Golf Clinic for boys and girls in grades K-8th. Heading up the clinic will be, Coach Jared Goehring. He is currently the Head Golf Coach at Washburn Rural High School and TJGA Director. Individuals will receive basic instruction in rules, etiquette, chipping, putting as well as full swing instruction. Clinic uses real golf balls for optimum learning and feel.
Cost $60 per session
